The Moja mavrica Institute, owner and operator of the mojamavrica.si website, undertakes to store and process all personal data collected in accordance with the GDPR and the applicable Slovenian legislation (Personal Data Protection Act).

Purpose of collection and processing of personal data

We use the personal data you provide for information and communication purposes only. We use your personal data (e-mail address) exclusively for the purpose of sending you information about the Institute’s work: major events, workshops, invitations, opportunities.

Members of the mailing list have the right to access and modify their data, as well as to unsubscribe from newsletters and delete their data. The mailing list is kept in the Institute’s internal records, based on the internal data protection policy, and serves as a supplementary document to the GDPR regulation, legal provisions and codes of ethics.

We will not use the personal data provided for any other purpose, nor will we pass it on to third parties. The recipient may unsubscribe from receiving emails at any time by sending a message with the subject UNSUBSCRIBE to info@mojamavrica.si.

Transmission of personal data
We disclose personal data to law enforcement authorities and other government bodies to the extent required by law or necessary for the prevention, detection or prosecution of crime and fraud. We undertake that we will not, under any circumstances, disclose your information to unauthorised persons or to any other person for advertising purposes.
