Moja mavrica is a non-governmental, non-profit organisation that contributes to co-creating the inclusive and safe communities we want to live in.
We strive for solidarity, respect and appreciation of diversity. We create opportunities for new possibilities through the principle of community for community.
We contribute to creating a society where diversity is welcomed and valued as a value. We believe that diversity teaches and enriches us.

In our work, we strictly follow the principles of the following ethical codes: the Code of Ethics for Social Workers of Slovenia, the Code of Ethical Principles in Social Care, the Code of Ethics for Organised Volunteering, the Code of Ethics of the Slovenian Psychotherapy Association.
In order to ensure quality and accountability of our work, we conduct regular interview meetings and attend individual and group supervision meetings. We update and develop our professional knowledge by regularly attending trainings, seminars and workshops.
