University praktikum and internship

We organize internship activities and offer professional mentoring for students of social work and related fields, and collaborate with professionals and institutions towards systemic changes and ethic practices. For local and international students*.

Community evenings

Social evenings are intended for connecting, creating the present, memories and experiences, exchanging anecdotes and conversation. We play board games, conduct art workshops, create new board games and are always welcoming and including new people into the team. The purpose is to create an intercommunity space, where people from diverse backgrounds meet and interact, and we bridge the "bubble" - so that we, LBTQ women and non-binary people, do not exist only in spaces created specifically for us, but in broader communities.

Local actions

We organize and carry out street actions and activities, participate in community actions, attend and co-organize protests, and actively engage in socio-political spaces with and for all women and LBTQ+ people.

Training and education

We organize trainings, educations, lectures and workshops in cooperation with international and local partner organizations, the Faculty of Social Work and independently. Topics we cover are: mental health, LGBT+ specific content, principles of psychosocial support and assistance, working with specific populations with fewer opportunities, working with young people.

Project work

Support and mentoring in learning the principles and process of implementing a personal or group project.

Vibrant rainbow

We go for walks, sometimes with our pets. We exercise, play sports, and create. Art and sports can be incredibly helpful in expressing ourselves and facing various challenges in life, in relieving stress, and in connecting with others.

Street work

We plan and organize activities with LBTQ+ people in our/their environment/community. On the streets of Ljubljana, we implement preventive programs of organizing leisure activities and support/counseling activities with LGBQ+ people, based on the their needs , identified on the basis of collaborative conversations with them. The topics we touch on are mental health, LBTQ+ topics and neurodiversity. We inform, we include, we connect.

Support for organizations and professionals

Conducting workshops, training and mentoring to support organizations and individuals/teams working in helping and support services, ensuring that their spaces and programs are inclusive for women, LBTQ+ people, neurodiverse people and for people with mental health challenges. We conduct regular intervisions.

Volunteer program

Volunteers contribute to the organization's operations, mission, and development in diverse and important ways. They support and help organize activities while creating and implementing their own initiatives and project ideas, growing, learning from each other, and gaining work, (inter)personal, and life experience.
